A couple of weeks ago Fenneke and I decided to go for a walk from our house to my parents house. We decided to take a more scenic route instead of going directly from A to B in the most efficient way. We wanted to hike over 20 km, for Fenneke this was the first see hiked over 20 km. The 27th of June was a very hot day, the temperature rose above 28 degrees Celsius, which made the hike just a little bit heavier. Nevertheless we had a great time and even managed to grab a geocache along the way. We ended up hiking around 21 km, which was a little bit more than we originally had planned. Next time we will try to go for the 25 km mark.
